Is it safe to store tax receipts here?+
Yes. Every receipt is encrypted end-to-end with AES-256. Our servers can't decrypt them — only your device can. For tax-critical receipts we keep an immutable audit log with timestamps for whenever you need them.
What happens if I cancel?+
Your receipts stay. You can always export a full ZIP of images + a CSV of every extracted field. No lock-in, ever.
How accurate is the AI?+
We benchmark at 98.4% on printed receipts and 94.1% on faded thermal paper. You can always hand-correct any field, and corrections train your personal model for better next-time accuracy.
Can I forward email invoices in?+
Email forwarding is currently in testing and rolling out to all Lite and Pro users in May 2026. Forward any receipt email — PDF invoices, HTML receipts, images — to your unique ReceiptAtlas address and we extract everything automatically. Your personal forwarding address will appear in Settings once the rollout reaches your account.
