These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReceiptAtlas ("Service"), operated by ReceiptAtlas ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using ReceiptAtlas, you agree to these Terms.
ReceiptAtlas is a receipt scanning and storage application that uses AI to extract data from receipt images and makes that data searchable. The Service is provided for personal and small business use.
You agree not to:
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Free plan limitations apply as described on the pricing page.
Receipt images you upload are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to extract structured data. Accuracy of extraction depends on image quality. We are not liable for errors in AI-extracted data. Always verify important financial figures independently.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We store your receipt images and extracted data securely as described therein.
The ReceiptAtlas name, logo, and application are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your receipt images and data. You grant us a limited licence to process your data to provide the Service.
ReceiptAtlas is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we exclude all warranties and liability for losses arising from use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.
